Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a no hassle returns policy
We offer a for a full refund for unused products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be preauthorised by us after which we will supply a returns number. Please DO NOT return products without this returns number. Goods received without this will be returned back to the customer and delivery charges may be incurred.
All unwanted items must be in a resalable condition, which includes sealed original packaging, including tags and must be unused/undamaged.
Please note that the return postage for an unwanted item is to be for paid by the customer. We can arrange collection for you, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund amount. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered so please retain your proof of postage, you may require it if the returned parcel does not reach us.
In the unlikely event your item has a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange to a replacement or refund.
If the fault is after the 30 days and within the specified warranty period, the unit is is covered by our return to base warranty. Please contact customer services via email info@primusdistributors.co.uk or call 0161 531 3384, they will arrange a returns number and detail the next steps for return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All items will be refunded at price charged at point of sale.
Exchanges
