Where do we ship?
We cover the UK & Northern Ireland. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us for an accurate shipping price.

How quickly do you dispatch my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 48 working hours. We do not work weekends or bank holidays. At busy times, dispatch times may be longer.

Do the postage prices include VAT?
Yes, all our product and postage prices include VAT. The VAT total for the entire order is shown on the checkout page.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Items are dispatched via DHL or Parcelforce tracked service.  Please contact Customer Services if you wish to check a tracking number.

How do I know when my order is dispatched?
When you place an order you get an email confirmation, and another to confirm your order has been dispatched.
Please note once your order has been dispatched, the status of your order will update to ‘dispatched’.

Our Rates

Standard Delivery
For orders under £75 excl. VAT delivery is £7.19 (5.99 excl.VAT) | For orders over £75 inc. VAT delivery is FREE.
Our shipping rates are fixed and based on spend. For products in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), however, during busier periods this may take a little longer. For out of stock & special order items, one of our team will contact you regarding lead times.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Unfortunately, some orders may take slightly longer to dispatch and we ask you to allow allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received you item(s) five working days after confirmation of your order, please contact our team directly on by email info@primusdistributors.co.uk or call 0161 531 3384 with your order number. 

Can I collect my order?

We are not currently set up to allow collections, however, we have plans to make this an option… watch this space!
